Why They Want to Substitute Teach
Most of my professional experience has been in administrative and program support roles. There, I learned how to stay organized, communicate clearly, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure. I believe those skills translate well into a classroom setting. I also like the idea of making a positive difference, even if it's just for a day. If I can help keep students engaged, create a respectful classroom environment, and make the day a little easier for both the students and their regular teacher, then I've done my job well.
About Them
I love to read, play word games, and learn new recipes so that I can share the delicious food while fellowshipping with family and friends.
Experience with Children
Over the past two years, I have consistently cared for my nieces and nephews, gaining extensive experience as a babysitter. From this experience, I developed a strong sense of patience, adaptability, and trustworthiness while ensuring their well-being and creating a positive environment. I was also a substitute teacher for a school year while living in Fayettevile, NC.
