Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I enjoy working with youth and want to be a positive, dependable person they can learn from. Substituting would also allow me to support students while gaining more experience in education and working with different age groups.
About Them
Iām a friendly, curious, and people-oriented person who enjoys learning and trying new things. I love traveling, exploring coffee shops, hiking, reading fiction, and watching Korean dramas. Iām passionate about community, helping others, and learning about different perspectives and cultures.
Experience with Children
I have experience working with children and youth in several settings, including daycare and mentoring. I have worked with younger children in daycare settings and have also mentored middle school and high school students, providing guidance, encouragement, and support. I enjoy working with young people and creating a positive environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and able to learn and grow. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, communication, responsibility, and being a positive role model.
