Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I wanted to become a substitute teacher because I enjoy working with students and supporting their learning and growth. Substitute teaching gives me the opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, connect with students from different backgrounds, and help maintain a positive and supportive learning environment. I also wanted to make a difference by being someone students can rely on while their regular teacher is away.
About Them
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, watching movies, and listening to music, especially music from the 80s. I value making meaningful memories with my family and maintaining a positive balance between my personal and professional life. Some of the values that are most important to me are kindness, respect, patience, responsibility, and helping others. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and creating a positive environment where people feel supported, respected, and valued.
