Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I want to be a substitute teacher because I genuinely enjoy working with children and want to encourage them in their learning and personal growth. I love creating a positive, engaging environment where students feel supported and motivated to do their best. Subbing would also give me the opportunity to gain experience in different classroom settings, work with a variety of age groups, and learn more about teaching while serving schools and families in my community.
About Them
I enjoy spending time outdoors, working with horses, reading, being creative, and spending time with friends and family. I especially enjoy activities that allow me to learn something new or spend time with others. My faith is an important part of my life and shapes the way I view and interact with the world. I strive to treat others with kindness, serve those around me, and be a positive and encouraging presence in the lives of the people I meet.
Experience with Children
I have experience working at summer camps, volunteering with childcare at church, and helping care for friendsโ children. I love keeping kids engaged, encouraging them, and creating a safe and fun environment where they feel cared for.
