Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I want to be a substitute teacher because I enjoy working with students and creating a positive, supportive learning environment. With my experience as a special education teacher, I am comfortable managing classrooms, following lesson plans, and adapting to different student needs. I also enjoy the opportunity to support teachers and students while maintaining a structured and engaging classroom.
About Them
I am a caring, patient, and positive person who enjoys spending time with family and being involved in my community. I have a strong passion for working with children and especially enjoy watching students grow, learn, and gain confidence, regardless of their abilities or individual challenges. I believe every student has unique strengths and deserves encouragement and opportunities to succeed. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring new places, and making memories with the people I love.
Experience with Children
I have extensive experience working with children through my background as a special education teacher and in youth programs. I have worked with children with a wide range of ages, abilities, and needs, providing individualized support, managing behavior, teaching social and academic skills, and creating a safe and positive environment. I also have experience supervising children during camps and other activities. I enjoy building positive relationships with children and helping them feel supported, confident, and successful.
