Why They Want to Substitute Teach

I want to be a substitute teacher because I enjoy making a positive impact on students’ learning experiences and being a reliable support for both students and educators. I value the opportunity to step into different classrooms, build relationships with students, and provide a consistent, structured, and engaging learning environment. Experience with Children

I have experience working with diverse learners, including students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and understand the importance of meeting students where they are academically, socially, and emotionally.
