Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I want to be a substitute teacher because I am passionate about education and making a positive impact on studentsβ lives. I believe that every day is an opportunity to inspire and motivate young minds, and I am eager to contribute to their learning journey. Additionally, substitute teaching offers the flexibility to work in various educational settings, which allows me to gain diverse experiences and adapt to different teaching styles. I am committed to creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
