Why They Want to Substitute Teach
I want to be a substitute teacher because I enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact on their day. I believe students learn best when they feel supported, respected, and encouraged, and I would love the opportunity to create a welcoming and positive classroom environment. I also enjoy helping others, communicating with different personalities, and being someone students can depend on. I see substitute teaching as a great way to gain experience, build relationships within the community, and contribute to students’ education even when their regular teacher is unavailable.
About Them
I would describe myself as caring, patient, dependable, and open-minded. I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs, and the people I love. I also have a strong interest in healthcare and education, and I enjoy learning new things and helping others whenever I can. I try to approach life with empathy and understanding because I believe everyone has their own experiences and challenges that may not always be visible. I value treating people with kindness and respect, and I believe that creating a positive environment can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.
Experience with Children
I have been a sub in the past, work at a children’s hospital, a pediatric behavioral health facility, and i have been a babysitter/nanny for many years.
